Prospective authors are invited to submit original single-spaced, double-column, full-length papers in either 10 point or 9 point font, with up to four (4) pages for technical content, including figures and tables, and one (1) page for references, for a maximum total of five (5) pages. Papers with a major experimental component are allowed to have up to six (6) pages of technical content (for a maximum total of seven (7) pages), provided that the two additional pages are only used to describe the datasets, simulations and methodology in detail, so that the experiments can be reproduced. If additional material is needed, authors are welcome to publish extended versions of their papers (including the additional/supplemental) material on SigPort, arXiv or any other online repository.
